This Privacy Policy is maintained by WonderWorks Group, LLC to explain how fkngrow handles your data. It is a legal notice, not legal advice.

1. Who We Are

fkngrow is owned and operated by WonderWorks Group, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, contact us at: [email protected].

  • Campaign data: email copy, subject lines, send records, and engagement events related to outreach you create through the Service.
  • Technical data: basic server logs and error information needed to operate and secure the Service.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as health data, financial account details, or government identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Analyze websites and generate positioning and ideal-customer recommendations.
  • Discover and verify business contacts for your outreach.
  • Draft, preview, and send email campaigns you authorize.
  • Respond to your requests and provide support.
  • Secure the Service and prevent abuse or fraud.

We process your data only for the purposes described above. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising unrelated to fkngrow.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on the need to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service, and, where applicable, your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

5. Who We Share Data With

We share data only with service providers and partners necessary to run the Service, and only under appropriate confidentiality and security commitments:

  • Cloud infrastructure: Lovable Cloud hosts the backend, database, and authentication services.
  • Contact discovery: Hunter.io is used to find and verify business contact information.
  • Email delivery: an email delivery provider sends campaign and transactional messages from our verified sending domain.
  • AI processing: AI models analyze website content and draft outreach copy.

We may also disclose data if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies and authentication tokens to keep you signed in and secure. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. We do not track you across other websites.

7. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data and User Content, except where we are required to keep it for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

8. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data. You can update most account information directly in the Service. To exercise other rights, contact us at: [email protected].

Campaign emails sent through the Service include an unsubscribe link. You can opt out of marketing emails by using that link or contacting us directly.

9. Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security in the database. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International Data Transfers

Your data may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect data transferred across borders.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
