Terms of Service

This Terms of Service page is maintained by WonderWorks Group, LLC to set forth the rules for using fkngrow. It is a legal notice, not legal advice.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the fkngrow website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by WonderWorks Group, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You represent that all information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. Accounts created on behalf of a business must be authorized by the business.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

5. What We Provide

fkngrow helps companies grow online by providing tools to analyze websites, generate ideal-customer profiles, discover business contacts, and send email campaigns. Specific features include:

  • AI-assisted website analysis and positioning suggestions.
  • Proposed ideal customer profile (ICP) criteria.
  • Prospect discovery using third-party data sources such as Hunter.io.
  • Email campaign drafting, preview, and sending tools.

We may add, remove, or modify features at any time. Prospect data and contact availability depend on third-party sources and are not guaranteed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-spam and data-protection regulations. You may not:

  • Send unsolicited, deceptive, or misleading email campaigns.
  • Harvest, scrape, or abuse contact data obtained through the Service.
  • Use the Service to harass, defraud, or discriminate against anyone.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written consent.

All campaign emails must include an accurate sender identity, a clear subject, and a working unsubscribe mechanism. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of any websites, prospect lists, campaign copy, and other content you upload or create through the Service (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely to operate, improve, and support the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any contact data you import or generate. You must comply with applicable privacy laws when collecting, storing, and messaging contacts.

8. Intellectual Property

fkngrow, its branding, logos, software, and all original content are the property of WonderWorks Group, LLC and its licensors. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription or free-use period.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Hunter.io, email delivery services, and cloud infrastructure. Your use of those integrations is subject to the applicable third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party downtime, data accuracy, or changes in their terms or pricing.

10. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features may require payment. Fees, billing cycles, and refund policies are presented at checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law will survive.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PROSPECT DATA OR AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW YOU USE THE SERVICE AND ANY OUTREACH YOU SEND.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WONDERWORKS GROUP, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WonderWorks Group, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and WonderWorks Group, LLC regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
